  • Are you licensed ?

    We are licensed by Norwich City Council. Also all our drivers are licensed to drive a private hire vehicle and are ENHANCED CRB checked for your safety and peace of mind.

  • How can I pay?

    We accept: cash payments, debit/credit card payments securely via the website or over the phone.

  • Do you charge for the car park at airports?

    We try to keep car parking times down to a minimum. For all pickups, we allow the first 30 minutes of waiting time free from the time of your booking. Any remaining time will be charged according to the parking fee. There is no fee for airport drop offs.

  • How will I find my driver when I arrive at the airport?

    The driver will call to arrange meeting you.

  • What sort of vehicles do you have available?

    Our fleet is made up of quality well serviced estate cars, including: Volkswagen Passat, 9seater Mercedes Vito

  • Is the price per car or passenger? What areas does it cover?

    The Listed price is per car including 4 passengers with their luggage. It includes one pickup/dropoff in Norwich city center and also NR1,NR2,NR3,NR4 areas. Using the ask for a quote form you will get an exact price for your journey.

    No, you are booking the vehicle, so no one else. Just you

    No, the price we quote is the price you pay.

  • Can I pay in cash?

    Yes. All our drivers will accept Pounds sterling at the end of the journey.

  • Can I pay by debit or credit card?

    You may pay by card following the link when you book you taxi, or over the phone.
